- Complain Against Axis bank for delaying the loan moratorium ^Closed

Axis bank is not following any directive of RBI.Axis bank has made my life difficult,as i have been applied for loan moratorium for postponement of my loan EMI,as you would know oil and gas survey job in ONGC field and in abroad is still not being carried out due to covid **.Since Feb work in oil and gas survey,construction is stopped due to covid **.I had been asking Axis Bank lower to higher management writing application to follow RBI guideline of moratorium to affected individuals who is not getting any pay or earning to pass on the support of loan moratorium upto **months.It is a clear cut guideline,even Axis bank persons agree it is a guideline of RBI but they are telling me they are told by higher management not to give loan moratorium.I have not earned a single penny in last * months,i have given bank statements and all the proofs to bank.This is a case of making money in suffering of others by Axis bank.Everytime i request to them since past * months they ask for ** days to resolve it and the always come with some excuse and on **th Nov they okeyed loan restructuring that too without my agreement,i never said i am in any condition due to service the restructured loan which dosent make any difference.From september i had been requesting them to pass my genuine case but they are delaying and giving all kind of excuses.Even their Regional manager agree my suffering and wrongdoing of Axis Bank.This is complete violation of RBI guideline and central goverment claim of providing loan moratorium to affected customers upto ** months.I have mailed and requested Axis bank to highest level and apparently they are all turning deaf ears to my suffering and inability to service loan for few months.I have been getting harassment call for not able to service this month EMI.Please help me in this matter.I have no where else to go.
