I ordered on swggy and paid thru amazon pay there was something wrong with order so swiggy compensated me *** rs and bcs i paod via amazon pay they paid thru ot due to security reasons. but to my dismay i only got **% of the amt on contacting them they said as u got **% cash back when initially placing order **% of amount paid by swiggu is automatically held back by system. its utterly irrational and kind of fraud. they thought it being small amount i will not complint and they pocket small small amounts from no of customers. the compensation i got was due to reason irrelevant to cash back earlier received. they to are seperate transactions and amazon by its illogical policies wrongfully pocketing money transferred via its gateway although when it advertise it as free. they are fraudsters!
