Amaan Dress World - Compensation and Punishment

I bought * numbers of Dhothies of the brand "Essar Products Dhothies" on **/**/**** from wholesale & retail shop named Amaan Dress World, Convent Road, Kollam their Phone numbers, **** ******* and Mobile No.

When I purchase, they've given without GST estimate bill with receipt of GST amount from me but unfortunately I've lost the slip and but I'm keeping his bar code sticker stick on the Dhothi cover. (I'm sending with attachment also his shop visiting card) After two days only I get to know that when I was open Dhothies it was torn with clearly manufacturing defect. I returned from Trivandrum ** KM far to Kollam after one week his shop and said the factor and show the defect. But suddenly he denied to replace and said it was opened and collapsed company folding and shouted on me in front of too much public in his shop and outside. I was asking him that how I could find without opening the damages inside the cover. Actually I was ashamed and it was feel like chest pain and feeling very bad mentally and physically. That time I'm requesting frequently to don't do this to a customer, and I'm your customer. Also he and his shop staffs gathered and shouted loudly with bad words on me, suddenly went out from his shop and decided to put complaining case to consumer court against the shop and the owners. I requested a duplicate bill last time, they all denied and saying nothing will give harshly arrogantly. My actual claim is only Rs. ***/- only but I'm deciding if court sentence my claim with my investment of Rs.****/-, I'll add again Rs. ****/- from my side and total Rs. *****/- will be donate our Prime Minister relief fund and also it will be a lesson of all people doing like this.
