I ordered * items for Rs*** on *th of August and the items were in processing for * days so on *th of August I got in contact with their whatsapp customer care and they said their system was having technical issue and that my order will reach between *-* days. After no update I contacted them again on **th of August but they did not help me and on asking for the courier company tracking id for my order, they replied after a day and said they are refunding my money but on the same day I get an email from them saying they are resuming their shipping process and on their website chat service they said I would get my order before **th of August ( I have proof). After pleading to them for days I got my tracking id on my order on **th of August and when I checked the tracking id , the courier company said they have not received the item from the seller to ship. I tried to ask anywear brands whatsapp customer care but they have stopped replying to my messages or emails or phone calls. I am submitting the order confirmation email and the message where they said delivery will be done before **th of August and the courier company message saying they haven't received the item to deliver. I believe everything they do is a tactic to make the consumer give up on his money. I have asked them for refund several times but they aren't responsive. I tried INGRAM and instamojo(payment gateway) for help but nothing.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
