- Company sold me a Defected product Open
I bought this laptop in march ****. as soon as I logged in saw that warranty started * days prior. Asked for the confirmation, no reply from seller or lenovo team. Then after a month of buying I started facing battery issue. Battery dropped from **% to *% and shuts down. Contacted the team, it took them ** days to reply back saying my network wasn't available each time they called. Did some calibration and said now it will work fine. worked fine for a few weeks, then same issue, but now battery dropped from **% to *% in seconds and boom shut down. Contacted again, said , "oh this calibration was missed as well" did the calibration again. Now I raised a ticket as I was facing issues but their no.s weren't reachable everytime. Raised the ticket in june. they contacted me on that after a month. they said to call me back, never replied and closed the ticket. then forcibly, after I was left with no resort, I had to search for the service center , went there , logged a complaint, they asked to submit laptop for testing, after ** days,they said that the issue is there and they need to replace the battery. and replaced the battery. worked fine for first ** days, then again same issue, and also my camera stopped working, showed to the technician at service center. They said it's some hardware issue, did not raise a ticket and corrected it then and there(wiring issue). Now they asked again for submission of laptop on confirming the issue infront of me and said that they need to test what needs replacement. They said that battery needs to be replaced. Replaced it second time(In October ****). Then after fifteen days, that was in november the same issue arised. No actually worse. I put my laptop at around **% to sleep, when I again pressed the power button, it did not start, showed the video to the senior official, had to exhaust the battery and then recharged it again. Then it started working. This happened two more times and by then my patience was almost over. I contacted them via twitter, complaint them told them about how I am suffering and asked for replacing the product. To which they said "NO". Sent technician again and replaced battery and motherboard this time. Now after a week of testing I was still having the same issue. I contacted the senior technician whose no. I was given. He did not reply to my text. They have stopped replying on twitter as well. Now again the battery drops from around **%-*%. Even the battery reports that were generated have shown this thing. Also the camera issues have worsened, now this hardware issue happens twice a day almost. And I have to press the camera screen area to get a work around as I have important classes to attend. This should not happen with inbuilt camera unless it is an internal manufacturing defect .Even after posting proofs of issue on twitter they are not replying. They said they are looking into it and replies the same each time. I am mentally exhausted and harassed now. They know the issue and still aren't looking into it. I have spent almost all of my saturdays from past * months at that service center to get this laptop either checked or fixed. I am tired now, both physically and mentally. I had bought this laptop from my hard earned money. I wasted my ***** for this defected laptop. Now I don't need a replacement, neither do I want this product fixed, I need a refund for my money. I do not trust this company anymore for any replacement or fixation for this issue. I am literally traumatized with this situation . I have been suffering from the very first month of buying this product and it has been ** months now. I request you to please help me resolve the refund for the product.
