Infinity Retail Pvt Ltd - Company sent the defective product

We Buy CHROMA)/ Sony Home Theater **HT RT** on **-Aug. Service engineer Mr Monu from Sony has visited on **-Aug for installation where we were facing issue (experience noise) on connecting home theatre with TV/Laptop/mobile via AUX so he suggest us that it was due to * pin aux and suggest to buy * pin aux which we buy on **-Aug but problem remains the same. We call Mr Monu and inform him but he didn't come so we raise a complaint to CHROMA store (Sec-**, Gurgaon) and Sony service they arrange a visit of service engineer and that engineer inform us after inspection that system has a faulty card that needs to change. Afterwards, we visited CHROMA for replacement as this problem is from day one (means supplied product was factory defected) we request replacement but CHROMA denied and request for one more technical visit. Later on **-Aug, Sony sends a Hector as service engineer despite resolving the issue he threaten us and force us to sign feedback when we denied he left us and arrange to close our complaint by a comment that product is ok without our feedback. Whereas we are requesting a replacement as why we retain faulty product if it fails on installation time only. We don't want to repair. We will repair if the product will get defected after few days from installation but if during installation if the issue were there then we must have a replacement with correct one for which we paid Rs. *****.
