Avs Foundation Private Limited - Company not responding back regarding refund

My parents had paid a total of Rs.**,*** as EMI for ** months on owning a land advertised by AVS FOUNDATION Pvt.Ltd while we stayed in Chennai during (****-**-**) years.Since we have returned to our native in ****,we are are unable to continue the billing procedure.Since My parents are innocent they didn't bring this issue to me.But now I have come to know after seeing the bills it was discontinued and the amount has not been returned back to us.So when I tried to contact them through various contact numbers provided by the company, they are not at all attending nor responding back.Hence I am registering a grievance against them regarding getting back my parent's money back to their respectable accounts.
