- Company not repairing my tv that is under warranty Open

I bought a ** inch oneplus tv from flipkart on April ** ****. There was display problem on November ****.And since the tv is under warranty i called the customer care for repair.After some days they sent a a technician.He came and literally done nothing. He just took some photos and went saying that he will come tomorrow.After that he have not come nor recieved my call. So i called the customer care again then they said that my case has been marked resolved where as the TV have not been repaired So i asked them to open the case again.The customer care said that this time they will sent a senior technician which they sent after one or two day.He also came and checked then he said that the display cannot be fixed so they will replace the tv,it will take * to ** days.And after some days again i called customer care and again they said that they have marked my case resolved.I again asked them complained them about the incident that not to close my case without repairing.Its been more than two month my tv has not been repaired.I have called the technician and the customer support so many time they only keep asking * to ** days.On ** March **** the technician called and said that he will deliver my tv by today,which he didnt.SO the next day i called the technician ,this time he said that i need to provide him delivery charge of Rs *** which i refused since the tv is under warranty.After that i called the customer care to complain about it ,here the customer care said that my case has been closed again, i said that why do they keep closing my case without repairing my tv.I asked her to open the case again.Then i said her about the delivery charge that the technician was aksing.Then the customer care person asked me to put her on conference with the technician which i did and then she asked him to not take the delivery charge.He then said that he needs to talk with his boss.Which then later i asked the technician to provide me with his boss number.Then i called his boss,the boss said that he will send the tv in one or two days and i dont need to pay the delivery cahrge.After two day i still have not recieved my tv so i called the boss again,this time he replied that he don't deal with oneplus anymore.Now i am confused what to do where to go.This the escalated id that oneplus provided me ******/******.And my registered phone number with oneplus is **********.With my phone number you can get the complain history if you asked the oneplus customer care.
