Devanshi Savla filed complaint against Yatra Com on Feb 9, 2021
I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Jaipur via Yatra.Com which got cancelled due to lockdown. I had taken up with airlines which they have processed the claim and sent it back to Yatra.com
But Yatra never revealed the same amount.
Whenever we see it still says claim is under process and will take ** hours to settle even after we are in follow up since last * days
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
