Olymptrade Com - company is not refunding my refunds as they had all my refunds with them they are holding from last

As my merchant had refunded the payment but the payment gateway safex is not refunding my payment as they are holding from last * months we are continously contacting with them but they are only giving us excuses. Please help . I also want compensation for the amount they are holding from last * months.
