I have made an enquiry against a business loan and one of the employe ms dhannu came to me, talked me about the business loan,took all details like gst, bank statement and others in what's app,asked if I had icici bank account, took my details got to know my balance and asked for OTP and fraudulently opened demat account.ans resulting into deduction of ***.** from my account, when I confronted her she is not responding and asking me to go and ask to the bank
