PT LR COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY - College is cheating with us

While taking Admission to college I was told that
Our college has the best Experience Teachers,
That you will not have any problem with your studies.
But when the college started, it come to know that all the teachers have come here to get their Experience.
The teachers could not clear our doubts in the class due to which we used to face problems in our studies.
At the time of the examination, they make you pass BY
Cheating.
If you don't pass the examination they charge Double the money for a single Exam.
I want to get out of the clutches of college.
Please Help...
