Unitedworld Institute of Design - College demanding full fees when withdrawing admission in First Semester

My nephew joined Unitedworld Institute of Design, Ahmadabad this year in August ****. However, soon he realized that he doesn't want to do designing from there anymore because the college is not at all like what they describe, and he is also fighting depression and anxiety. We started the withdrawal process, but the college is not giving back the original documents and marksheet from CBSE, and the refundable security deposit of **,*** INR. Since they have retained the original documents of my nephew, they are also demanding that we pay the full fees of * years before leaving the college, which is ** Lakh rupees. Now, this is exploitation of consumer. How can they ask my nephew to pay the full fees of entire duration of four years when he wants to leave before even the completion of first semester? They are giving us back the documents. What should we do? Please help us.
Anybody who is reading this, please, please don't get your child enrolled in Unitedworld Institute of Design, Ahmadabad. (UID) The administration there is very bad, and bossy. They will threaten your kid and make his/her life miserable. The atmosphere of college is extremely disappointing.
