*) The company sent wrong sized shirts which were not ordered. Instead of accepting their fault they say the exchange window is expired. When I complained through email on */*/**** authorized person Mr Cy Rakesh Tiwari told that return window is expired and asked for a screenshot of the return date I.e **/*/** which now I have sent. Now they are neither refunding amount or exchanging.
*) The sizes they are offering is a fraud as per the customary sizes in the market which means they are charging money and offering less value. Once sent from the company there is no way to exchange or refund. Sizes are misleading
*) In the app, they have pasted desired reviews and there is no provision to put fresh reviews by current customers so that the truth of fraud should not be exposed.
*) To cut the cost of packaging or courier they are squeezing the garments in small packets which destroyed and damages the apparels
*) There is no provision to contact them either with a call or with email. They have even not shown the address of India from where we can contact.
*) When I visited complaint forum online I was surprised to see hundreds of the same type of complaints and the same frauds.
It is just a case of fraud and conning customers.
