Dear Sir/Madam
Myself Syed Shahreyaar I was suggested by my friend to receive his **** referral for inviting me into intellipaat. I receive four calls from Intellipaat executives every day. Sir, we offer you cloud computing and development services as your non-IT specialist, which is suitable for you. I conveyed to him that I am unable to afford the course fee of ******. As per the executive, you won't have to worry, sir, we'll provide you with an EMI of Rs **** per month for ** months. I made the decision to pursue this career opportunity through the executive's sending of a pdf document that can be signed with my finger on a mobile phone. When I require a copy of this terms and conditions pdf, delete it and send it back to the team. Aditya Birla Group's Propelled team took my Aadhar card and PAN card as part of their loan recovery process. Although the trainer was not a trainer, he covered the chapter, which caused confusion during the first session. I've been trying to get in touch with the executive to verify that the trainer is excellent, as you mentioned. However, due to some disagreements with the executive, they haven't responded to my call. Attending the second session was necessary for me because I am not grasping the concept and the team is not responding. After *th month has passed, I’m paid *th EMI to Propelled. In October I’m bankrupt I can’t paid to this month then the Propelled team (Aditya Birla Group recovering agents) has been harassing me repeatedly, claiming that I have not received my EMI payment until december. I can’t get any loan as the CiBIL score is gone. The Propelled team recovery agent came to my rented house to retrieve the EMI amount since I have no funds to pay. Engaging in misbehavior with the owner and other individuals to get back the sum. Even though my CiBIL score has been degraded, they have been contacting me via WhatsApp and text messaging. It's a terrible situation for me because I'm facing a significant financial burden and have been charged penalties. This back-to-back penalty is causing my bank to be closed. Kindly help me for this scam or fraud as course and emi loan.
