A very annoying and undisciplined company who commit to have a very systematic procedures.A complete fake and ever worst experience. Firstly we had our closure on project in * months whereas it is supposed to be in * month.and now since July **** they have not handed over my final warranty cards and invoices of my product.They have many protocol but I do not know if they forgot to write the protocol how to satisfy the customer requirements. Unless these warranty cards and invoices we are not able to claim any post services for things purchased.it means we have no cover.Really a disappointment and reason is nobody from the local team or customer care is working to answer us or to give any closure to our request since * months
I hope they wake up now.
