I was undergoing Clearpath alignment treatment with my dentist. In my case they suggested extraction and * of my teeth(* from above, * from below) were extracted to make space for alignment. There were always minor delays in the delivery of my aligners. But after my **th aligner, when there is still the space created by extraction and my teeth far from aligned properly, it's been over * months that I haven't received any new sets. My dentist tells me it is because Clearpath company is not sending him the aligners and it's not in his hands. I have been left traumatized by this experience. I never used braces because I was afraid of discomfort and embarrassment due to them but now my situation is far worse as now I have been left with huge gaps in my teeth. I would have no choice but to fight in consumer Court for all the emotional and financial Distress if this is not resolved
