Mpokket - Clearing of Dues

I have taken a loan of Rs.***** before the first lockdown ****. Due to sudden lockdown I was not able to clear the dues during that lockdown even though they kept om increasing penalty on my loans. So I decide to make payment and I have taken money from my friends and cleared the dues and again I have taken the loan to give money to them. I have taken loan and the due date was in September I thought that there will no lockdown after few months and so that I can clear the dues. But the lockdown was extended for few more months and I requested them to give me some time to clear the loans and I have mailed them many times saying my present situation. But in return they told me that to pay and extend your loan due dates again I asked them that this is lockdown and I can't even pay one rupee also but there is no positive response from them since then. They were saying that pay and extend your loan due dates. Again I have taken loan from slice pay and paid the loan due date extension amount. I said that I am not going to pay anymore as I have already paid too much then they called ne and asked about the problem then I explained them clearly about my situation and they told me that tell me one date then I will call and I will help you while making the payment as the time passed I was waiting for call from them but there was no call from them. As student how is it possible to pay the loans in that worst situations and how can they keep increasing penalties in that lockdown how fair is this.
I have taken ***** loan and now I have to pay Rs. ***** as to clear the loans. How fair is this.?
I am requesting you to please help me as I am already in worst situations due to this mpocket as my debts kept on increasing and I was in a lose due to this lockdown.
