Byjus Claases - classes are not going on but money is still cutting from account

i have registered on byjus online classes for ias preparation but after * months of class the class are not going on and no one is answering the phone call.when i call to the helpline number they say that the number is banned and no one is listening our cmplaint and the emi is still being deducted every month without any class.
