I have renewed my car insurance with zero depreciation from ZUNO GENERAL INSURANCE LIMITED. Formerly known as "Edelweiss". And now when i have claimed for my car accident damages. They have rejected the claim saying that its old damages. However they have shared me both old and new photos and its clearly seen in the photo that the damages are new and my claim is genuine. As they will not pay for the damages, the repair will cost me **,***/-
+**,***/- as the car is at the service centre for one week waiting for the decision
+**,***/- for the mental harasement and the time wasted to make them understand the things and argument.
