As a new seller on meesho we are very excited that we are receiving good orders, but all the happiness is gone when we see the scam happening with our products as a customer returns. Orders are coming from the same area and in return we are receiving old replacement items. So what kind of scam is this?
Meesho Accept our Claim for first few complaints but then repeatedly showing the same message for all claims mentioning this reason :
"Based on past data, we have observed that the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order."
We are new sellers on Meesho and this is causing us huge loss of around ***k and brings tons anxiety with suicidal thoughts as gift.
