Grievance Details : I have bought a motor insurance policy for my two wheeler,with registration number as TN**F****,the insurance policy number is ****/*********/**/B** and my vehicle got stolen,I have raised a claim and submitted all the documents as requested by them,but they have closed the claim ,stating that document s required are missing,but I have submitted all documents,so kindly help me to get the claim amount,.I have sent the POD details requested to the surveyor and also sent the pod details too, Sunny Karmiyani Customer Service Manager Service Quality ICICI Lombard General Insurance, through mail,I will attach the same in this grivence too. without giving solution simply they are closing the case,so ask them to give a solution and get justice for me And help me to get my claim settled
