SLNK CHIT FUNDS PVT LTD - Chitfund unfair trade practice and dishonor cheque

I am raising this complaint on behalf of my relation(Harshavardhan Reddy). We have subscribed to the vacant chits in the month of Sep **** in the chit fund company with the assurance of paying the chit amount upon successful budding on Reauction. With in a month of joining we found out that Chit auctions were not conducted in transparent manner and we followed with the Director on multiple occasions to refund the amount. After several follow ups and multiple calls the director has agreed to refund the amount of chit cancellation and has given cheques in Sep **** with post dated date Feb ****. Once the cheque deposited date has come the director requested us to hold on and followed up on multiple times to get the amount but received no satisfied response and we went ahead and deposited the cheques(*) but all of them have been dishonored and have been cheated on multiple occasions and not answering the calls. So we went to the registrar of chits and complaint about this chit fund company and we are awaiting a response from chits registrar.
