eharminy com - Cheeting amount to be refund

I have paid the amount to register through Bangalore Taniya mam her contact number +** ***** *****.
So far I have transferred following amount through phonepe gpay and account transfer

After that Taniya want to transfer the amount Rs.**,***.** for selection of partner, in this **k refundable and ***/- non refundable. I have made payment **,*** by phonepe to dipak Dey his mobile number ********** transaction I'd T********************** dt **rd Feb **.
After she shared the partner photo contact number and address and talk to her but to engage with her she want the licence in this she wants *****.** rupees but I told you to cancel this much amount not possible. She said after check with the account department , they have given the concession...so I will support *k and partner will support **k and you need to pay only **k so I have accept and pay through bank account as given by Taniya
