Cuedo analytics pvt ltd - Check in process during exam

I have registered and scheduled aws cloud practitioner exam on ** Mar **** on *.** pm on pearson VUE using online mode. I started checkin process ** min before the scheduled time as mentioned in pearson vue portal. first the checkin process was done by lady protector my id was verified. in the mean time she ended the call without saying anything. again i was connected by another protector. he also verified my Id then he asked me to show my exam room space. and i showed everything around the exam space even though with the good network connection and video quality he said he is not able to view clearly and he said the customer support team will reach you soon but none called me and the exam window was closed and the scheduled exam time was out. i cant able to do anything. i have been stressed and spended more than * months to prepare this exam now i have losted around **** rupees and my quality time is wasted because of their worst exam officers.
