- Cheating with service costs and delivery threatening for delivery ^Closed

I have given my Jeep compass for service at "SREE KRISHNA AUTOMOTIVES HYDERABAD PRIVATE LIMITED", Miyapur, Hyderabad. I was informed that the cost of service would be around Rs *****/-
I kept asking them for a final invoice before delivering the vehicle but I got shocked when the final amount was sent i.e Rs *****/-. Delivery of the vehicle was also delayed and disturbed my travel plans. I was supposed to go to Visakhapatnam and settle a land related registration advance. I mentioned this to the service adviser but He did not care. When I told them to keep the vehicle at service centre till I come back from Visakhapatnam, they sent me whatsapp message saying that I delayed picking the vehicle. Fortunately, I have copy of whatsapp messages prior their message to prove my case. Request an immediate resolution. I would be paying additional *****/- for my flight tickets (I could not get a confirmed train ticket) hence i mentioned the amount to be settled is Rs *****/-
