Auto Cars India - Cheating then being rude

I drafted this complaint on behalf of Mr Kunal Kakkar I booked a car Swift ldi on */**/**** and Mr Gulshan Bagga from Auto Cars booked my car. But after * month this person wasn't able to find a car so I purchased a car from Magic Auto. Now I want to have my booking amount back but he is not picking up the phone and once I met him he was talking very rudely.
I know my amount is less but I want to teach these guys a very good lesson so I am taking help of this portal. These guys take booking amount from common people and don't give them a car and forfeit their booking amount.
