Ms. Aiwa Travels Tours Pvt. Ltd. - Cheating of travel plan

I have searched a tour package for Singapore, Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur at Make My Trip. MMT has suggested M/s. Aiwa Travels in the Mobile App. Hence I have contacted to the given number of Mr Devi Prasad Panigrahi (Mob. no. +************, +************ & Agency no. +************). He offered a package and informed me of the detailed Itinerary. Also, he sends me the air tickets and hotel booking invoices for the said tour package against which I have paid Rs. *****/- and Rs. ****/- for Visa charges for Singapore to M/s. Aiwa Travels (Details of payment - Rs. ***** /- by cheque - SBI chq no. ******, Rs. *****/- by RTGS and Rs. ****/- to Ritco Travels through Mr Panigrahi for Visa process. After getting payment to M/s. Aiwa Travels from my account no contacts are available for communication by M/s. Aiwa Travels and Mr Panigrahi also was rejecting my calls. After confirmation from Indigo Airlines, it is understood that the tickets have been cancelled earlier by M/s. Aiwa Travels and the same with hotel booking have been cancelled. In this way Mr Panigrahi and M/s. Aiwa Travels cheated me and looted amount of Rs. *****/-. Due to this I am very much disturbed and my blood pressure was high at that time.
Hence I request to you for extending me your kind help to get my money back and proper punishment to the said person and agency so that none of the others will get cheated by them in the future.
