I have purchased a bio gas plant from Mr. Biju (Neo energy) on October **,****.for Rs *****/-
After one month bad smell started emitting from bio gas plant and requested them to remove the cow dung from bio gas plant. Neo energy charged some amount for the removal of cowdung from the plant. After that the bio gas plant is remaining useless in my home
No service is being provided by the Neo energy.
