I am customer of Airtel fixed line & broadband services since ****.I have been regularly paying the due amount of my monthly bill(Rs.***fixed monthly) till date without default after receiving my monthly bill.In the month of April **** I didn’t received my paper bill (not received till date)but instead received message on my phone with unprecedented ,unfair billing amount (Around Rs.***)for which I immediately wrote to customer care,*** & e support to disconnect my services else I would be liable for any further increase incharges from April onwards .I wrote them * mails cum reminder for disconnection in month of April & May but all in vain.(Copies attached).After that I kept paying my monthly bill on time Rs*** fixed and they kept multiplying with Extra late fees.On *th October **** by outgoing calls were barred and broadband services was stopped.I immediately wrote to all Airtel’s team including nodal & ceo desk to stop harassing me for unprecedented charges as I have clearly mentioned to them in my previous reminder mails that won’t be held rest for any further hike billing after the disconnection request submitted.I have abused and mentally harassed by Airtel teams till date.Kindly keep my urge to take the action against Bharti Airtel Limited.
