I am writing to complain about the unreasonable delay in setting up a broadband connection at my address(***, Sai Sunny Heights, Tatanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka ******) and the subsequent non-processing of my refund request.
I opted for a new Airtel broadband connection. Despite the promised installation within a week, there was a delay of over a month. A technician informed me that the connection could be set up that weekend. I made the payment accordingly.
However, two days later, the technician called again and stated that the installation would be further delayed by ** days. Frustrated with the repeated delays, I opted for a cancellation and refund.
Airtel promised to process the refund within * business days. However, it's been more than ** days, and I haven't received any update or the refund amount.
I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional service and lack of communication from Airtel. The constant delays and unfulfilled promises have caused me significant inconvenience.
I request immediate action on my refund request.
