Lightning Bug Industries - Cheating done by the company

From the Indiamart app, while referring to the purchase of led bulb we get the call from the member of this cheating company. They assisted me that they will provide the correct product within *-* days. So I transferred Rs. **,*** to their bank account after transferring the money they didn't respond properly and they send very few numbers of a low-quality product. After very long days when we complain about the low quality and the remaining number of product they didn't respond in any way and blocked my number anymore. If they despatch the product means also I didn't want them because it is not usable for me. It was too late I want them to return the money. I have all the proof of their message details. So please help me to return the money.
