- Cheating case by RERA vendor Open
I bought **** sq.Ft plot (plot no.**) in the green valley at Baglur against total payment of Rs.**.** lacs through Neft only. But it was astonished to see that the sale value mentioned as Rs. *.** lacs in the sale deed on **.**.****. The payment schedule indicated in the sale deed also manipulated one & chosen those Neft refs. which meet their requirement. Many Neft payments made by me has not been recorded in the sale deed. Thus vendors have earned Rs. ******.** illegally. There are **** nos of the plot & they have taken Rs. ******.** minimum. By cash/cheques but sale value in their sale deed also Rs. *.* lacs as per the guided price of the government of this size of the plot. As such they have earned Rs. ******x****=**.** crs. and retained by them.
The vendor also not provided the committed amenities like swimming pool, open theatre, indoor games stadium, power connection, sewerage line, gym club, community hall & many more. As such their sale rate must be discounted by **% & to refund to all landowners.
The vendor also charging Rs .**** per year as maintenance charges of the layout where nothing is there to maintain. As such thier annual income on this head is Rs. ****x**** = Rs. *******.** (min).
In view of the above, you are requested to order CBI/income tax dept. To cheque amount received from each customer & sale deed value shown in their sale deed & refund the excess amount paid by them immediately with interest penalty. Vendor Rera regn also to be cancelled. Recently I have paid Rs. *****.** extra in dro, Hosur as per notice as the sale deed was much lower than the govt. guided price.
