Acquaint Tours and Travels - Cheating by travel company

We South Yatra Tourism from Mumbai had booked a Tour for Raan of Kutch for the month of December for our Guest through a Gujarat based travel Agent Acquaint Tours and Travels. The person in charge is Mrs. Priyanka here contact details as below +************ and **********.

The Booking was done on the *th of September **** we have paid them INR *****/- in two parts ( ****+ *****) as per their request by neft transfer. We have neither received any receipt or invoice for the same on Requesting Ms. Priyanka informed that she would be sending us in a couple of days as her system was not working.

After a couple of days as we didn't receive any written confirmation for the payment nor booking we checked with the hotels which she mentioned the booking had been done, when we cross-checked both the hotels we were informed that they have not received any booking nor any payment as token for the booking from Travel Agency Acquaint Tours and Travels. When we confronted with Ms. Priyanka over the phone she had no proof of booking, hence we had asked her to refund the payment made to them. She confirmed that the refund has been processed from her side and she had deposited her cheque for clearance. Till today we have not received our payment and when asked for the payslip and details she is not providing the same. She is not responding to our emails or whats app communication.

Kindly assist us to get our refund from this bogus Travel Agency.
