Genial Holiday Club Sco Sec 8 C Chandigarh - cheating by Genial holiday club representatives

Genial club organised a promotional event at Hotel D*M Mansa, (Punjab) on **.**.**** and called me and my wife to that event by making calls from mob. no.**********.
Company representatives ...

*. Deepak Kumar **********
were present there in Hall of the hotel.They explained some luring holiday proposals to us and asked to deposit Rs. ***** to company account, and assured if we will not be satisfied, the same will be refunded.
But on the spot, when payment was done, I found same type of proposals were being offered to different persons at different rates. Smelling something fraudulent, I denied to sign any contract to take membership of company and asked my money back.
The above said people assured me again to pay my money back, but later on the did not pick my phone calls.
These people cheat consumers by making false commitments, and get signature on the paper stating contrary conditions. that I denied to sign and asked my money back.
I've both receipts of club and credit card payment with me. Kindly help me to get my money back to me.
