GLOWILLE - Cheating by E Commerce company GLOWILLE

I have ordered one Kurti through online e-commerce site glowille.com and paid Rs ***/- on *th August, ****. The item is received on **th August on my delivery address. After opening the packet, the item found in dirty condition. I have given the order for size - XL, but the item received size - M. I have logged the complain to the email address - help.glowille@gmail.com on the same day. I have mentioned in complain that as it is the mistake of the service so refund the total amount and pick the non-standard material from my delivered address. But the service provider reply that, *) The refund for the product will be given as reward points in the Glowille wallet and that can be used in your next order. *) The Reward points will be valid for * year after issuing in the wallet. *) For returning the product, the customer needs to send the parcel by self- courier at our address. *) In case the product is damaged, the Customer Care Team will check and validate the return and refunds. It showing that service provider cheating consumer. Why I have not get the refund amount in full. Why I am pay the courier charges to refund the item.
