We are a middle income group family of * adults and * children. We work hard and we travel together. Now at age ** we thought age is catching up so we fell for the ploy of these fly by night operators who incite you with persistent phone calls inviting you for a complimentary dinner with a ** minute presentation they say whereas it is a ploy to coax you to buy their holiday concept. We fell for their tall claims and parted with our life savings to buy this three year with a two more years of extension holiday concept and to add to our excitement they presented to us a holiday voucher valid for a year and till date it is not used as every time we try to use it the hotels are not available. Now we were traveling to Jaipur for the coming Ganesh holidays and decided to use this concept of AR holidays and we were shocked that we still could not get a hotel booking so we decided to call our advisor who handled our sale of their holiday concept of AR holidays during our initial meeting. He refused to take our calls and connected us to another girl employee who has no knowledge of her job and was of no help whatsoever and the only consolation was he divulged that we had an outstanding of some utility fees of two years pending. Our agreement says that we are presented with a concept of no hidden charges and it was a onetime membership fee and suddenly to quote to us a pending utility fee we were in for a shock of our lives more because they said it was pending for two years while our membership is not even a year old and so we decided to check the authenticity of this company AR holidays."We were shocked to read the reviews and decided to cancel our membership and asked only for our initial membership fees we paid of *****/- Some Rana who is the CEO of the company simply refused and hence we have decided to now seek compensation of our initial membership fees plus legal fees and due compensation for mental torture and inconvenience. Companies like these have to be taken to task because cheating like this with hidden costs and fees will only make the gullible go through this kind of mental torture. On further investigation I have learnt that the employees of this company too are not paid their salaries for months together and hence they refuse to take our calls. People generally take to these concepts as there is an ease of taking holidays as all things are arranged but here with so many bad reviews i am certain this is a fit case of this company of cheating innocent gullible citizens of this country. Kindly assist me to recover my dues and compensation for this agony at this senior citizen age where in fact I should be relaxing and not taxing my brains.
