Byjus Sales person, Ayush Gupta has given misleading information about the timelines and course. They took the money from me for the course as well as the tablet and then kept avoiding my calls and very limited email responses that mentioned about when I will get the tablet. The information provided were all false. The tablet came late and I never accepted the tablet and also the course didn't start at all. There's no clear communication by their team as they keep giving wrong false promises and jsut vanish from the scene after the money is taken.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
