My friend and I had a long-awaited Lakshadweep Tour and planned to go in December ****. we explored and enquirer in online about the Lakshadweep package.

Most of the Tour Operators told that tickets are sold out and not available in December ****. One day got a call from THE HOLIDAY NATION agent Siddharth and he told that we can arrange the tickets as we have blocked few tickets much earlier.

I have got an email from THE HOLIDAY NATION tea, promotion@theholidaynation.in with the details of the quotation on various packages.

We excited and finally decided to go with the customized package and it is Onward journey through cruise from Kochin to Agatti, return Journey through the flight from Agatti to Kochin for the dates **th Dec'**** to **th Dec'****.

The agent offered *% off If we make payment through google pay and a **% discount on flight fares from Bangalore to Kochin.

After we had a few discussions and negotiations, The final amount that we have agreed is Rs.**,*** for * adults(per person Rs.**,***).

As per the package policies(**% payment before the trip and **% end of the trip), we have paid an initial payment of **% of the total amount(Rs.**,***) on *rd Dec **** and submitted Aadhar soft copies to book the tickets(hotel, cruise, and flight).

I have got a call and a message from Siddharth on *th Dec'**** regarding the police clearance certificate to get the permission letter from the Laksadwwep government.

And he told me that we have to provide the police clearance certificate by **th or **th dec ****, I have enquired and understand that it is not possible to get the police clearance certificate in * to * days.

So, I have asked him, is there any other way to get the permission letter, he told hat pay extra Rs.*,***/- per person or pay the remaining **%.

We have paid the remaining **%(Rs.**,*** that includes the discount of google pay) of the package on **th Dec ****.

Agent Siddharth continuously followed up with us on Roundtrip flight tickets between Bangalore and Kochi, so we decided to book the flights as getting a **% discount through package policy.

And paid Rs.**,*** for * adults round-trip flight tickets on **th Dec ****.

So, Total Paid Amount is INR Rs.**,***.

The agent was very courteous and patient in explaining to us in every detail about the tour. We felt he is a good and professional travel agent.

We made a google pay transfer of full ***% amount of the package along with fare for round-trip flight tickets to their AU Bank account(AU Small Finance Bank Limited) with Account Name The Holiday Nation.

I am regularly calling and in touch with him in WhatsApp regarding the status from **th' Dec ****, he told me that we are working and provide you all the tickets along with the Lakshadweep permit letter by **th Dec'****.

- **th Dec'****, Got hotel vouchers.

- **th & **th Dec ****, no updates

- **th Dec ****, called him on his number, mobile is switched off till the afternoon, he replied to me on WhatsApp and told that he is hospitalized due to vomiting and motion, wait till **th Dec'**** and will confirm.

- **th Dec ****, called him on his number, mobile is switched off till the afternoon, he replied to me in WhatsApp in the evening that Laksadweep government is not giving permission from **th Dec'**** to **th Dec'**** and can't get permit letter if you are fine will process package after **th Dec'****.

I have asked for a full amount refund as agreed and committed, he told me that the Holiday Nation backend team will send refund mail tomorrow(**th Dec ****) and call you.

And requested him to talk over the phone, he promised that will call after reach home as he discharged from the hospital and going home. waited from *.** to *.**, no call and calling him from that time, his mobile is switched off and no further communication.

I have sent a couple of emails to their email ids: promotion@theholidaynation.in, contact@theholidaynation.in, no reply till now.

I have enquired with hotel White peral beach that is where hotel is booked and got some vouchers, they told me that no hotel booked on my name.
I have further drill down and understand that Bank account is from Haryana, Mobile network is Jio from Delhi, Office address is from Andaman and Goa.
It is clearly eveident that Theholidaynation.in is cheated me with fake tour package, it is a huge loss (**k) for me and mentally frustarted as they are not responding my calls and no further updates.
