BYJU'S - CHEATING and IRRESONSIBLE

Sir I have been Cheated by Byju's. I Humble Request You to please take an action . I have joined my Son in Byju's for tutions in *th class. Before the joining I have got call from Byju's Councilor and briefed Me about the subscription, features and policy details.
SUBSCRIPTION Details : * years for MATHS and SCIENCE only(class *th,*th & *th) present I have joined my Son in *th class tution.
FEATURES : SD card, Live Classes, pre recorded classes, Books, Personal tutor, On call doubt support, **** doubt solving portal, Parents connect application, Mentor's support and special observation like so many stories etc... they have told ME .
POLICY : after the payment .trail window have been provided for ** days .if not satisfied with live classes they will return my fee back.
at the time of joining I have told to Byju's COUNCILOR to wait for some days because my Son is having half yearly exams but he told me that new class is going to start and if You joined your Son late he might be miss some important lessons and forced me to join My Son on spot. then I have done payment of ***** on **-Sep-**** by using My Credit Card After completing the payment they have send a SD card , some books and provided Live class link but My Son is on his exams so he attended the live classes randomly.at that time we have got a call from Byju's MENTOR she asked how is it going then I told her present my son is having exams so please wait for few days. at the time of exams my son attended Maths live class and asked for a doubt from another chapter but tutor didn't responded(Byju's COUNCILOR have told Me that you can ask any types of doubts about other chapters which are not running at present also) .then complainted this matter to Byju's MENTOR but no use she didn't even provided any On Call Doubt for My child after completing the exams I have inspected the syllabus which they are teaching. that syllabus is already completed to my child in *th standard only(not all but most of them) and I asked my child about which lessons have they teached in previous live classes he told me that all the lessons which they are teaching they are already completed in *th standard because my son is studying in Army school. I have already informed to COUNCILOR about school while joining .then I called the Byju's Mentor and explained the problem but she told me we will complete your syllabus in any way please don't worry but she didn't take any action .after * days My Son is having live class but He is unable to connect then I called a Byju's MENTOR then she told me there is a small technical problem we will clear your problem please cut the call and retry but she didn't take any action then I called the Byju's COUNCILOR and complainted about the problem and Mentors reaction actually I have call him to ask my fee back because it's the **th day but before asking he told that he will do complaint on mentors action and left but he didn't take any action. after * days I again called him then he told me that he is in traffic he will call me later but he didn't call me for * days then I only called him and I asked my fee back but now he is telling that your trail window is already completed we cant do anything .then I asked him how can I solve my problem then he gave me one mail id and told me to send a complaint to that id they will deffinetly respond but I have mailed My problem but I didn't get any response from any side .here actually the matter is they have done timepass to complete the Trail Window .and they only provided Books, SD Card, Live Classes only they didn't provide any other features like they told me *st.so I am ready to return there Books and SD Card which they have sent to My SON.NOW I REQUEST YOU SIR PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY FEE BACK.
