I had seen the advertisement on my house gate and i contacted the person through phone call to take the brodband connection. He told that present there ia offer that is if u take * months plan u will get one month free. But now the plan is stopped after * mnths and that person is not responding to my calls and msgs. If i trying from different number he is answering the call. I tried to complaint to hathway but i came to know that it is not even having customer care support.
