It's really hellful experience while shopping with jio.I ordered Iphone ** on August **,**** first of all my product got delivered with a delay of ** days on August **,****.Being as an expensive product,otp was not verified while delivering and delivery boy flee away by handing over product to one of my family members without any verification.When i reached home ** August,**** and open the outer packaging,the main phone's box was in open condition and both security seal were missing on the product,also the product packaging was not temper proof product was simply packed in a cardboard box having jiomart taping on it.I got really panicked and instantly reported the incident to jiomart.Their customer service is so down to hell that neither they take note of any complaint nor they send any information regarding incident to concerned authorities.They directly told me to raise a return request with proper evidences and I also did so.They hadn't Given any response till the product return window was open as it closed,they rejected my return and now they are not entertaining my issue at all.
So I request you to please take this matter as like yours and bring out the solution as soon as possible.
