Enhance Clinic - Cheated by the clinic

I wanted to get a Hair transplant done so I was referred by one of my friends to go to enhance clinics Gurgaon. They recommended me to go for PRP sessions and said I do not need a transplant as I have no space for extra hair. I took the package for Rs **,***. And now, all my sessions are over and forget about any improvement I have lost most of the hair from the front. I had a regular conversation with the Manager. I have call recordings as well as all the screenshots for our conversations. They prescribed me multiple medicines which cost me somewhere around Rs **** a month. The manager made multiple promises that I will see **%-**% results every time I contacted her. After a year I am out around Rs ****** and now they are telling me to for transplant which will cost me more. When I told her that this was not what you promised she got angry and started an argument. I even tried to ask for a full refund but they clearly refused. I feel cheated and helpless.
