Lifecell International Private Limited - Cheated by LifeCell

Hello Sir ,
I am Ankush Srivastava and my wife’s name is Priyanka Srivastava . We are expecting delivery by Sept **. **** . Towards this I approached several companies which are offering stem cell storage like Cordlife and Lifecell . A representative MR Rahul from Life cell came to my home (CCTV available) to explain and take the order money .
He explained me things and it seems convincing . So I asked him how to proceed ahead . He offered me loan for amount of *****₹ towards booking of stem cell collection and kit box for the same . He first said he will make me the loan avail from Bajaj Bit due to some technical problem he said he will get it from liquiloan , when he offered me online verification I was not satisfied by things they were offering . So I told him that I don’t want to go for loan . He said you can pay us directly at Life Cell International Private Limited’s bank account a sum of ****₹ . Which I paid to that account . Later on same day I got an email that due to non- availing of loan with Bajaj and liquiloans my Cibil score has dropped by ** points . For which I complained to Cibil Transunion India and Icici bank along with Hon’ PM Narendra Modi Ji and Nirmala Sitaraman , stating the facts , that I am regular payer of my taxes and all my emi’s are absolutely on time , I got worried because of this and I asked MR. Rahul from life cell that I will avail the loan , so I availed this loan from liquiloans , now Life cell has asked me to pay additional *** odd rupees to their account , which I paid again in confidence that they will return my ****₹ . I have been pursuing this since then I.e., **/**/** . But I did not receive a single penny back . I told them they kept on giving false and fraudulent emails that they have transferred. I was sending message to MR Rahul from Life cell that I do not wish to go ahead with your company , I request you to return my money to liquiloan and remaining ****₹ and *** odd rupees to me . Which they are not doing . They are fooling me every day . Giving fake emails commitments and letters .
