MARIA VIRGIN filed complaint against Kolors Health Care on Nov 11, 2019
I had approached KOLORS Health care in the Kalyan Nagar branch in the month of may for a weight loss program.
They gave me an option to process the payment through monthly EMI through BAJAJ, The concerned consultant, Ms. ESTHAR had made me sign the application. When enquired about CANCELLATION, she did not respond instead she diverted the topic. Assuming that it can be canceled in the future, I had opted for their package through BAJAJ. attended one trial session, which I was not comfortable in and had asked her to cancel my package, for which they revealed to me that I cannot cancel the package, instead I have to find a person and transfer that. I have been talking to the consultant Ms. ESTHAR and MS. RAJI and their GM however they are not responding. I am forced to pay my EMI of Rs. **** for the last * months and I have to pay till April ****. I have not taken any of their services. Requesting you to help me to get my package canceled and get my refund processed.
SHE Actually cheated me by not explaining to me about the cancellation policy neither did they advertise anywhere.
