I purchased mestro bike * years back. Right from purchase time, it has a problem with starting. I visit asked about the problem he said no need to engine warranty is five years. Now the engine fails. When I visited he said services lapse due to that warranty not cover. While purchasing they clearly not defined terms and conditions in the middle of road ** km from town engine fail. I push bike nearly ** km it’s caused spinal disk problem. I regularly visiting the hospital for treatment bike is with the showroom.
