justandbest com - Cheaply branded product deliberately delivered instead of product shown on website Seller refused re

- I had ordered an unbranded product (Iphone * Plus case) from justandbest,com.
- They delivered a cheaply branded version of the product shown on their website.
- The seller had confirmed on Whatsapp before I had purchased the product that the product delivered would be exactly as shown on the website.
- When I raised an issue with the seller they spoke like there is nothing wrong at all with them shipping the cheaply branded product and that it is "fundamentally" same as the product shown on the website, just that the delivered product has branding!
- When I asked for the received product to be replaced with the exact same product they asked to pay another RS *** for exchange.
- I then asked for a return and refund, and they refused stating their return policy.
- The website knowingly shipped a different product with full knowledge of the difference while promising me that that the delivered product would be exactly as shown on the webpage.
- This is an example of unreliable websites fooling people into buying products that they may not want to buy and then denying them appropriate redressal and essentially forcing customers to spend time and money to eventually accept a product they do not want.
- The experience with the website started well with them even giving me discounts but it ended quite regretfully and not in a manner that I expected they would behave.
- I now want a full refund for the product and Rs **** as compensation for the loss of time and the unwarranted agony they caused me by refusing to approrpiately redress the issue and even implying that they had done nothing wrong when they knowingly sent a different product after confirmation of my requirement fo it to be exactly the same as shown onthe website.
- Based on my experience, there is now no way to guarantee that any customer would receive the exact product they intend to purchase on this website and customers must be warned.
