Bollywood Sex Toy - Cheap Product Delivered

Biggest scam I ever experienced, these fraudsters took advantage of people's emotions as people in our country always considered sex and anything around it to be taboo. I ordered a love doll and there was a man who was talking to me on whatsapp with the phone number- ********** and they have asked me to preorder with **** rupees so I used google pay to do that with rest of the order being cash on delivery and after two weeks I receive my order to my home and I pay ***** rupees to the courier agent. Surprisingly once I took it inside and opened it, the product was some cheap used material which is not even close to the product I ordered. Now the logistics company tell me that they are not responsible and the person who sold it to me doesn’t take my calls. One more point is that these items are obscene and it's difficult to escalate situations on these matters. Few points that may help to understand the situation better.
*) They have an online website called "Bollywood Sex Toy", they use an alternate name called Fashionvibes E Commerce (in order to be discreet)
*) According to google their "warehouse" is in Hyderabad but they actually send all shipments from Calcutta and even bank transactions are routed there
*) They only prefer to use whatsapp for calls and some numbers they use are **********, ********** and **********. Honestly, this criminal syndicate are very cunning as they tried to upsell me with other products when I tried calling them back, it has been physically, emotionally and mentally traumatising to deal with these bastards and I suffered a loss of ***** rupees.
