https www kaamastra com - Cheap Chinese product at high cost

I was suspicious about the website and wanted to see how this company operates and handles customer privacy. I ordered some products only to find that they are made of cheap plastic with no manufacturing details on the packages. Some of the products appeared rusted and expired. I initiated a return and they accepted one package. However, they haven't processed the return of the second package, and it is still sitting at my place. The products are all of cheap quality. They received at least one set of products back but are not returning the money. They insist on sending a replacement rather than refunding the money. I feel cheated
