On **-March-****, I purchased "SUPER" membership with Swiggy.com, which entitles me to zero delivery and zero surge charges. This membership expired on **-April-****.
On **-April-****, I placed * orders with Swiggy. I added the SUPER membership charge (Rs. **/mo) for all * orders and I noticed the membership renewal did not happen on all * occasions and I ended up paying for delivery and surge fees, missed out on free item exclusive to the SUPER members.
I raised this issue to the Swiggy customer team. They acknowledged there was a "technical issue" on their end but offered me a refund of Rs. **.
I seek a full refund of delivery charges on all * orders placed on **-April, along with the cost of the free exclusive item, in addition to full reinstatement of SUPER membership.
